RE: Latitude E6420 Integrated Webcam Problem
Thank you for your response, we appreciate that you’ve tried a couple of troubleshooting steps.
1. Please let us know if you are running facial recognition program for logging in to Windows.
2. If yes, then please right-click on the app (FastAccess Face Recognition) and temporarily disable it -
the Dell Webcam Central will work fine.
3. Afterwards just re-enable the face recognition app.
4. In order to use your Dell webcam on Skype please click on the below link which has a firmware to update
which may fix the issue.
