Have you tried updating the video drivers?

Please provide the screen shot of the device manager with Display adapters expanded.

  • Press ‘Windows’ key + R on ‘Desktop’ screen 
  • Type ‘devmgmt.msc’ in run box and press ‘Enter’
  • Click > sign next to ‘Display adapters’
