No, it's not - unlike desktops, notebooks use proprietary fans/heatsinks.  There is no way to fit other than the original parts.  While you can replace the CPU in this model, upgrading a notebook CPU rarely makes economic sense - the CPUs cost more than the performance boost they provide.  And other parts such as the video chip are not upgradeable at all, so they simply won't keep up with an upgraded CPU anyway.
