The current list of drivers/firmwares (and the installation sequence), as posted by Brian above, doesn't resolve the issue: devices connected to the dock (monitors, LAN, mouse, keyboard etc.) frequently and randomly disconnecting.
Most (if not all) customers are still unable to get the docking station to work.
Either the dock is flawed (overheating) or the thunderbolt driver/firmware is unstable and needs updates.
