RE: Fingerprint reader stopped working immediately after Windows 10 Anniversary update (version 1607)

As of recent, we have received few cases with driver related issues after Win 10 Anniversary updates. Whilst we are working on this, we do not have a said ETA update release. 

At this point, we suggest you to downgrade the Win 10 Anniversary Update build. See these links on how to: | | 

There are few Microsoft related threads that suggest by Mid September there should be an update and that might possibly fix these issues. The above links also suggest on how to temporarily disable the Win10 Anniversary Upgrade.
