RE: Fingerprint reader stopped working immediately after Windows 10 Anniversary update (version 1607)
I have no wish to downgrade and neither should I just to fix an issue not of my own making. I assume that even though the driver is installed and working, the reader still needs software to call the driver. The Validity software was what used to do the job and is no longer available. The reply from DELL-Rishi is disappointing and does Dell no favours.
