RE: What should I do ? My service tag return a wrong model number.

I understood that the transfer would take about 2 weeks.

However, the service tag issue just bother me.

Dell is such a large and good service company in my mind,

It shouldn't pop up such kind of careless mistake.

If the auto-update from Dell is enabled, would it download & install the wrong "BIOS" or drivers..... Worry it would brick the tablet and no one in here will fix it.
