It's unfortunate, but that's all too common now with Dell Customer Support. You can hardly understand the person on the other end because they're in a foreign country, speak with a heavy accent, read what's infront of them like a robot, and the line quality is poor. Things are starting to go back to the way things were when you needed the neighbourhod kid to help you out with your PC issues. Aside from that, you may wish to consider getting a MAC. With Apple, you're still dealing with North America.
