RE: PowerEdge R710 disk keeps coming up as failed - Replaced with 2 new disks

Have ordered an identical disk that was in the server originally , and should receive this on Monday.

Will use this procedure to replace disk

If this disk doesn't work on Monday, what parts would be next to start replacing..
