We all have work to do and I can tell you are frustrated. If you have an unresolved issue, use this link to file an UNRESOLVED ISSUE request. However, you will note when you open the form that you will need a case number...... because it can't be "unresolved" if you haven't got a case number.
Now, if you kindly let us know what printer model you have and the nature of the problem, myself or other forum members might be able to help you.
