Networked color printer defaults to B/W
We have a 3130cn that we've been using with Windows 7 and an old 3130cn PCL6 driver for many years. We're implementing Windows 10 now, and since the old driver doesn't work I'm trying to use the only driver now downloadable for the 3130cn, the Dell Open Print Driver. The problem is that even though I've set printing to default to color it actually defaults to B/W on the workstations. I can set other defaults such as print quality, and they come through to clients successfully. I've tried both the XL and PS driver variants, and both have the same problem. Our print server is Windows Server 2012 R2. Any ideas?
