That's looks alot better. If everything is running ok, then let's go ahead and remove these files and do some cleanup.
Now, let's remove these files...
C:\Documents and Settings\Friends\Local Settings\Temp\xZ7LK.dll
Run "Disk Cleanup" and allow it to remove everything it finds; especially temporary and internet files.
1. Run AdAware SE and Spybot to cleanup what HiJackThis couldn't.
2. Disable, then re-enable system restore; with a reboot in-between. Then immediately create a restore point manually.
You should be good to go.
