Hi, I've swapped my laptops hard drive following a fault. Dell gave me a usb restore drive which I used to build the hard drive to Windows 8.1 I've now found that Windows will not activate and I'm being prompted to enter a product key. I don't have a registration key as its injected into the bios.. Can support please resolve this? I believe I need to provide you with my service tag? Thanks
