The XPS 8700 will support HW virtualization. There is also another thread here that goes into a little more detail on it as well.

According to the setup guide here it is a memory problem.  You could try reseating the memory.  Or it may need to be replaced.

This should probably be posted in the Desktop forum here: en.community.dell.com/.../default.aspx But you can always check support.dell.com for the latest updates for your system.
Can you tell me if you have mapped the 2 new hosts to the MD3000? If not this can be done via MD Storage Manager (MDSM).

Which controller do you have in the system now? If you want no RAID, i would suggest you purchase a regular SAS controller. Hope that helps.

Not to familiar with the error codes on the TL4000, have you tried contacting support? They would probably be able to give you the quickest answer.

The H200 does not have cache, to be able to get that feature you must move up to the H700 in the M710HD. Hope that helps.
