Here is another update.

The support helped me reinstalled Windows, and have all the drivers installed and updated.

However, the problem still remains.

The support contacted the engineering team, and they are able to reproduce this issue.

The keyboard and mouse that are not affacted is Alienware keyboard and mouse, the 3rd party keyboard and mouse seems have this issue.

They believe this is a driver issue, that exists in the Alienware Command Center, and they are working on a fix.
