Had applied for extended warranty for my Dell Inspiron 3148 under the dell back to college offer. Had purchased 2 laptops. Extended warranty has been rejected for both without clarifying the reasons. They have usurped my money too and the helpline nos. stated below have been abruptly stopped. All previous executives at the call centre used to disconnect calls with assurances of personally looking into the issue but to no avail
No responses solicited from the email id stated too
At least 10-15 calls and mails have been sent to the helpdesk to no avail. What kind of service is this being offered to customers.
I want the extended warranty or my money back immediately failing which I'll not fail to escalate and bring to notice of Dell top management about the kind of shoddy service being meted out to their customers.
With absolutely NO REGARDS
