I had the same problem. Mine stemmed from the fact dell did NOT include my laptop (Studio 1737) in their W10 testing. I search for quite a while to find a driver - not even the manufacturer's driver would work. Some folks suggested the Lenovo driver for W10 worked for them, but it did not work for me. I finally just chucked the searching and frustration and replaced my card with the Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 Plus Bluetooth and VOILA!! Problem solved.
