Hi bp1950,

Thanks for posting.  Apologies that your system is not performing as expected.  Dell is working with the manufacturer on this, see the above posts.

 

Have you been able to contact Anthony @RivetNetworks ?  They have a new version of SmartByte that's is working well for a lot of customers.
