Thank you for your message. Did this issue start after any recent driver or Windows update?
What is the BIOS version installed?
Please check in event viewer to see if there is any error recorded.
Open device manager – expand display adapter- right click on the graphics driver & click on uninstall (do not check the box that says delete driver) restart the computer. This will refresh the driver.
