Same problem. New Xps13.

After several long sessions with Dell's attempts to fix, they finally told us to send it back. We did. They returned it to us with a new operating system, drivers, etc. Worked fine. For a couple of weeks. Now back to the same old.

This is our second xps13. The first one, now about three years old, works like a dream --- which is why we bought this one. 

Time for a refund?
