Could not agree more.This is the worse consumer experience I have ever had. They have lied about the updates and made a mess of them when made available. The 2.2 update has crashed my phone,it still has not been picked up 1 week after the agreed date,they will return the phone 2 weeks later (whichwill probably be longer) with 1.6. I will have to wait again for 2.2 update where there is NO guarenntee that it will BRICK my phone again. They are insane to think that this process is OK and supportive to their customers. emoticon.Confused.title
Their ability to get things right and treat their customers with respect and intelligence is unbelievable.
