Thank you for your message. Please try updating the firmware again.
Turn of the monitor, disconnect all the cables from the monitor. Press & hold down the power button for 30 seconds. Connect the power cord & USB upstream cable.
Download the firmware again & run the update utility file in elevated mode.
For my reference, please click on the message tab next to your avatar– click “New Message” & search for my Dell username (Sreejith R) & send a private message with the service tag, registered name & email address.
