Since the system takes longer that expected kindly try the following steps:

1-Disable Startup Programs.

2-Run a Scan and DeFragment

3- Update Drivers (Check for pending updates on the system)

4- Check for virus and malware on the system.

5- Back up date on the system reset to factory defaults.
