Please run a systems diagnostics on the computer. Please run Dell SupportAssist, make a note of any error messages encountered and post back.
Have you tried the DA200 on any other computers to see if it works with them? Please post your findings.
If the DA200 is not working with another computer, then it's possible it may have failed.
