两条都提到了时间首先要同步,然后如果改了时间还不行就重装。所以客户那里是域环境吗?或者有无部署了NTP服务器?

重装的是新版本还是和原来一样的?这个帖子中提到新旧版本认证方式的不同也可能导致这个错误:Re: Cannot open a save session with NetWorker server
