是官方的实施团队吗?本地团队不应该沟通更高效些么...

操作系统的时间和BIOS应该都是(几乎)同步的,操作系统如果能从NTP Server读取时间,就用NTP的时间;如果连不到NTP Server,就从BIOS读取时间。如果操作系统发现NTP时间与BIOS时间差距达到一定程度,则会更改BIOS时间。

还是前面提到的那个讨论帖,当初工程师是这么建议尝试排错的:Re: Cannot open a save session with NetWorker server

You need better information on what is causing the index backups to fail.  Suggest testing using the following steps:


  1. note the date and time
  2. determine what pool is used during backups.  Select a backup group with one or few clients, and use the following command, which will tell us what is being backed up, backup level, and pool to be used.
    • savegrp -pv (group name)
  3. Are there any appendable volumes for the pool indicated?  Check the jukebox using the NMC GUI, or from command line (Run as administrator) using:   nsrjb -v
  4. Start the index and bootstrap backup only:  savegrp -O -v (group name)
  5. After starting the backup, monitor in NMC for any Alert messages, and see if tapes are being loaded and showing "Ready for writing".
  6. After it completes, save the output to a file, and review.
  7. Check the NetWorker server's log file for additional information.
    • open command line in administration mode
    • change directory to the nsr\logs folder
    • render the log to a readable format using: nsr_render_log -S "mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm" daemon.raw  >test.txt 2>&1, where "mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm" is the date/time you noted.
  8. check the messages file as well.  This file is also in the nsr\logs directory

Hopefully this will help you to determine what the index backups are waiting for.
