问题是这样，PowerEdge R740XD是用来跑hadoop大数据的，然后Raid级别是0，还有1，级别1是用来跑系统，剩下的盘符都是Raid0现在是Raid0组里面的虚拟磁盘有一块硬盘故障了，需要更换，不关闭系统的情况下更换，一般是在IDARC里面操作更换，但是需要操作前要把故障盘剔除后拔出插入新盘，然后在把新盘配置成RAID0，这样才能在系统里面发现，不配置RAID0的情况下，硬盘无法在系统显示，（如果不在IDARC管理界面操作，这里需要重启服务器进入Raid卡配置管理操作，很麻烦） 请问这个在IDRAC管理界面操作更换新盘，如何操作，我每次更换硬盘都是要重启进入阵列卡界面配置，业务又
