OSD doesn't work since new firmware update AIO 5400

I have an AIO 5400 that works ok.

Yesterday I had a bios firmware update (1.19.1) and since that my OSD doesn't work at all.

I checked in BIOS it's still OK but when I click on the small button to use screen as second display, it does nothing. If I push more long, I just get black screen.
