Achat DELL XPS 13 PLUS clavier suisse

Hello,

why I can't buy a DELL in Luxembourg with swiss keybord, we write as much German as French ! Even all offices in Luxembourg use swiss keybords !

An order in Switzerland is not possible, they don't ship to foreign countries!
