Dell Customer Service is the worst I've ever seen

Just wanted to take a second to comment on the horrible customer service experience I have been experiencing over the past week. 

I have tried calling customer service several times this week. Every time I am forced to wait at least 15 minutes, only to get transferred from one department to the next. When I finally reach the department that I need, they are closed (at 3 pm??). 

Not only do people delegate tasks and not do their job, but they also have no idea what to do. This is the second monitor I have had to exchange because of technical issues. When I speak to the technical assistance team, my computer (in this case a macbook) is automatically blamed for THEIR problems. Not only that, but I get put on hold and then get hung up on. This has happened so many times that I just called to ask for a reimbursement because I am sick and tired of dealing with this only to be transferred to a department that does not take calls. No surprise there...I was hung up on again trying to get my money back.

My advice to you, do not buy any products from Dell. They waste their customers' precious time and refuse to help them. Shameful.

Your experience matches mine. Problem with a monitor. Tech tried to talk me into accepting the problem. It is mind boggling the circles they make you run. And when a tech agent speaks English poorly, doesn’t understand, or doesn’t know the answer, they either hang up or put you on hold and then hang up. website has no place to find replacement- only returns. Absolutely horrible service at least half of the time. Customer service attitude is the worst.
