XPS 15 9530, glitching sounds & screen freezing

I got this laptop 3 months ago, and since I got it, the sound started to randomly start to have glitches for half a second or so. Sometime also the screen freezes for half a second.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the sound drivers and it didn't fix it. I also tried to disable all the startup services not related to Microsoft in msconfig > services.
