返信ありがとうございます。
DellのBIOSリカバリーツール、BIOS初期化等を試しましたが解決せず、現在は、Safe bootを利用不可に設定することで、Resalio Lynxの起動ができるようになっています。
時間があるときに、ＰＣの初期化も試してみようと思います。
