No light in power button and "alien LED light" in back of the screen, and the edge of backsupplies.

I don't uderstand no light in the power button and others. I tried to set the LED through the ACC but it dones't work after CMOS and software updated recently. 

Fortunately I could restore the keyboard and backlight of it's. I would like to see the light of all LEDs of them after replaced the keyboard by engineer of DELL. 

The engineer told me the hardware's connection is no problem. he may wonder the firmware and ACC update package's problem. 

Please if anyone knows the reason then let me know that, it'd better it can be solved.
