Never again dell!

Ordered a Dell XPS TOWER and a Dell monitor on August 18, 2021.

The monitor was delivered immediately, the Dell XPS TOWER on October 20, 2021 still does not.

Then the order cancelled and the money back requested.

For the Dell monitor I do not get a refund because I am a business customer and have no right of return. Tried to explain that Dell did not meet the delivery in order not to supply Dell XPS TOWER.

No cooperation from customer service at all, too bad Dell behaves so arrogantly.

It gives me a feeling of ordinary scams.

For me never again a Dell product.
