My Alienware screen is flickering, on restart it says its repairing my C Drive. The issue persisted after.

My Alienware Area 51M screen is flickering, on restart it says its repairing my C Drive. The issue persisted after..
Until after 2 minutes it stopped. 

I am not sure what caused this but recently on every time I reboot my computer it says it has to Repair the C Drive.

I would love to have some help, at this rate I am not sure what to do!
