Right monitor flickering in Dell 5530 Lattitude/prokord docking station/dual monitor setup

In our company we installed dual monitor arms togheter with prokord dockings stations to make everyone have the same infrastructure and to make work easier. This year we changed our default laptops from being hp elitebooks to Dell 5530 lattitudes. We found a pattern in people having a common problem with their setup. These people complain that the right monitorscreen always flickers for a second after a while. What they have in common? The people with this problem have those dell laptops. We tried updating drivers or adjusting screen setting but that doesn't work. Any solutions? We now have 5 cases that have this problem.
