avamar+Data Domain備份失敗
各位好:
很久沒來，我又回來了，好像只要出現就會有問題~哀...
是這樣的，沉寂一陣子是因為之前一直為了avamar空間不足所苦，
現在公司終於買了一台Data Domain 2500
目前的架構是利用avamar將資料備份於Data Domain當作avamar 的空間，
我目前有另一台EMC VNX5300，裡面有相當多的檔案要透過一台Linux主機，
備份到Data Domain，而我要利用NDMP功能備份，但卻一直失敗，
嘗試很多方式，失敗都是如附件的錯誤資訊
以下截錄一小斷錯誤資訊~不知道是甚麼原因?

你先对比一下下表，看看你的环境是否满足条件。Avamar版本需要7.0以上，VNX5300的file版本要7.0以上才能使用Avamar将VNX5300的数据备份到DD中。

还有几个可能性供你参考：
1. 配置NDMP accelerator的时候不能创建超过四个client instance（客户端实例）。
2. SnapSure创建filesystem失败有可能是因为超时（即没有足够时间去创建snapshot），或者VNX上没有足够的磁盘空间。又或者没有足够的checkpoint（检查点）空间开销。
3. 参考下面这个KB的解决方法，将snapsure功能关闭后进行备份看看O不OK。

Symptoms
Error <0000>: NDMP Error: SnapSure file system creation fails
Warning <9605>: NDMP Data Halted, reason : NDMP_DATA_HALT_ABORTED
avndmp Info <6651>: Process 20750 (/usr/local/avamar/bin/avtar) finished (code 163: Externally cancelled)
Cause
The volume in question was read-only and did not allow snaps to be taken. A writeable snap (r/w) can be taken from a read-only (r/o) snap but another read-only one cannot. By default avndmp has snapsure=true flag enabled for NDMP celerra backups. It assumes that snapsure function is enabled for the requested volume Celerra for backup.
Resolution
Disable the snapsure feature for NDMP backups:
1.If all the volumes do not need snapsure enabled, create the file avndmp.cmd for the affected client (on the accelerator node location is - /usr/local/avamar/var/ and add --nosnapsure to it
2.Modify the Celerra dataset and add the following attribute [avndmp]nosnapsure and have the value set to "true".

1. 確認了版本，avamar 是 7.0.2-43，VNX5300是 7.1.65-8 ，
2.參考的KB我好像沒有權限可以看到~~

Dear all:
剛剛不死心，在做了一些測試，發現有的空間可以備份成功，
請教這樣的話是不是就是空間問題?
可是我目前VNX5300整體還有空間，是否是要看每個volumes的空間還有多少?
