XPS 15 9560, Windows 10, audio jack not detecting headphones

Plug in headphones into laptop and audio still plays from the computer? Tried different headphones and receive the exact same result. These headphones work with other devices. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Realtek HD audio driver and the Intel audio driver. Nothing is working. This is one of many issues with the XPS 15 9560, in my opinion, one of the worst computers ever made.
