The private Service Tag on the label is difficult to read. Sometimes you are unable to boot into the BIOS to find the Service Tag. Sometimes this results in our Service Tag site stating =



So what I do is examine the Service Tag looking for numbers that could be letters or vice versa. Then I change them accordingly when I enter them on the site.

* The number 6 could be the letter G, or vice versa
* The number 8 could be the letter B, or vice versa
* The number 5 could be the letter S, or vice versa
