Chief Marketing Officer, Global Consumer and SMB
Paul-Henri Ferrand leads the global marketing organization for Dell’s Consumer and Small and Medium Business (CSMB) organization. Mr. Ferrand is responsible for all the elements of marketing within the CSMB business, including defining marketing strategy, driving the Brand across all segments, leading global segmentation, CRM and Messaging activities and managing demand generation programs and marketing activities across all Regions and Channels including direct and retail.
Mr. Ferrand began his career with Dell as vice president and general manager of South Asia, where he was responsible for leading Dell’s business in India, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, and Thailand. He also played an instrumental role in developing Dell’s distributor partnerships in the South Asia/Developing Markets Group including Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Pakistan and Sri Lanka. Subsequently, he added Australia and New Zealand to his portfolio when he assumed the role of president of Asia Pacific South.
