I am currently working with the Dell Global Social Media Outreach Team. I am married to Dell-Bill B and we have two boys. I like to spend my personal time with my family, watching my babies grow and learn, watching my husband in his new role as a father, traveling occasionally, listening to music, organizing, cleaning, watching my talented husband cook, watching movies, facebooking and reading.
I have been with Dell since October 2005. My previous roles include Consumer Tech Support, Quality Analyst, Executive Escalations, Resolutions Specialist for Consumer and Employee Purchase Program (EPP) Sales segments of our business. I am a customer advocate. I feel very passionate about process improvement and holding my colleagues accountable, but I also believe in empowering customers with the knowledge to help steer their own customer journey.
