CRM analyst at a cloud based CRM application provider, called SarvCRM. An application based on SaaS architecture, provided by Sarveno. Helping clients to improve in their segmentation by leveraging actionable insights gathered from voice of customer listening nodes.  Also, improve lead to opportunity conversion rate through improved processes around lead qualification. Currently focused on learning ITIL processes so that I can also enter after sales service domain.
