<p>Bought a re-furbished Dell xps15 L502x with Windows 7 from Dell Outlet. Looked great. Worked great. Bought it for the advertised 3_D capability. But it was misleading. The BD player is not 3D capable. Had the computer 5 years and never managed to play 3D with it, though I have a 3D projector. To play 3D, turnes out I nned a 540 version GE-force video card, but it came with a 525 version card. Otherwise, it ran great for everything else.</p> <p>Until I upgraded to Windows 10. Soon the woofer went bad - and WAVE sound isn't supported by Windows 10. Could they be linked?</p> <p>So, new woofer installed but internet videos can blow the woofer soon if I do not control the sound before playing the file.  </p> <p>Also noticing now - no Blu-rays are recognized. Another Windows 10 blooper? DVDs play easily and normally.</p>
