Maximum Display for VDI

Hello ,

I am dealing with tone of the propserous client and doin POC for them. One of the POC tester is experincing issue with the ICON size with in VDI since he is using High resolution Display with display resolution 1920x1200 and ICON size set to Medium (125%)

Now while he launch VDI from Web access , screen Resolution Size get limited upto 1280x800 and is also grayed out in the VDI screen. He is neither able to Modify this Display Resolution nor Icon Size which Default set to Normal.

Now My query is there any limit for resolution support in vWorkspace 7.2 MR1 and why does ICON size setting dint got inhertied to VDI

this is something now stuck for POC to proceed  i would say sign off.

Please assist!!!
