Remove/Uninstall Data Collector Service vWorkspace 7.5

How do I remove the data collector service from Hyper-V server? I tried uninistall it by using pndcsvc -u but the it comes back as command cannot be found. There is no Quest components in Programs and Features. The reason I installed it in the first place is becasue Quest vWorkspace broker could not initialize the hyper-v server, which is still the case. Any thoughts?
