Upgrade from 8.5 to 8.6 => existing vhd templates not working

Hello

I tried a simple upgrade from 8.5 to 8.6. Broker and pntools.

Im not able to use my existing templates anymore:

With the old template with pntools 8.5 -  create machine fails:

Updating the Template with pntools 8.6:

"The System could not get the current VHD Information for template [...}

The ObjectManager found an invalid number of fixups. This usually indicates a Problem in the Formatter"

am i missing something?
