Vworkspace Duplicate Printers

We are consistently running into an issue where printers are not being released when logging out causing duplicate printers when logging in. Also, its capturing printers from other users as well and their duplicate sessions. This creates alot of duplicate printers, after clearing the printer ports, the issue goes away but as soon as you log out and back in the issue occurs again. Is there a permanent fix for this?
