We upgarde the vWorkpace to 8.6 and when we installed the windows connector I am getting this message:
A connector configuration has not been assigned to you

Did you upgrade the farm as well as the connector or just the connector?
In 8.5 and above we added connector management to vWorkspace. See more here:
