vWorkspace for iPad

Last year I was able to download on my iPad the app vWorkspace, now suddenly it isn’t available on my country (Spain) and neither on the US (I’ve changed my region on settings and doesn’t work either), anybody could help me? I need to install it for my University. Thanks.
