Today morning when I stared Legoto Networker it signs me in but gave error "unable to connect to sever". after checking the event log it shows : Event ID-1004, Description : Reporting Queued error: faulting application nsrexecd.exe, version 7.3.2.0, faulting module ntdll.dll, version 5.2.3790.3959, fault address 0x0004afb2".

Bala,

Something is wrong with the installation or the mentioned dll has gone corrupt. Try reinstalling Networker server OR infact it would be better if you upgrade this to NW 733.

Upgrade from 732 to 733 is free.

Purging Logs would not help in this. Daemon.log gets refreshed everytime you restart NW services if it has exceeded the size limit which I think is 2 MB. Daemon.log becomes daemon.001, daemon.001 becomes daemon.002 and a new daemon.log comes in.

It would retain upto daemon.005 and then delete them.

Also you can change your log files size and version numbers by adding these two system variables (on you backup server)

GST_MAXLOGSIZE ( to set the size of you Daemon.log file)
GST_MAXLOGVERS ( the number of log files you want to keep, the default is 5)

To set this up have a look in the NW admin guide (easy)

GST_* refers to NMC logs and not those by NW application.
